UHDE81: Request for replacement valve for Claus ovens, UHDE SOLP plant for the acquisition of spare parts for butterfly valves for Claus Oven A/B, from the Subproducts plant. Fluid line - acid vapors. Request the following characteristics. 12" LUG type butterfly valve, 150 series, cartridge type seat, cast plug with polished spherical edge, conical spines, solid stem, perforated actuator mounting plate according to ISO 5211 standard, for a working pressure of 10.5Kg/cm2 (150psi) manufactured according to API 609 standard, API 598 watertightness. Drive: Free shaft, drilled plate ISO 5211 F12 and standard stem outlet. COMPONENT MATERIALS: BODY: Nodular cast iron ASTM 536 Gr. 65-45-12 PLUG: Cast Stainless Steel AISI 316 STEM: AISI 420 stainless steel SEAT: Teflon with EPDM back BUSHINGS: Bronze / Acetal THANK YOU.-
