How soon will I receive a quote with pricing and availability?
The JAES sales team responds within 1 business hour on average, providing an official quote, estimated delivery times, and shipping terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments (secure, immediate transactions) and bank transfers. Deferred payment terms may be arranged for established industrial customers or large groups with recurring orders.
Can I request urgent shipping or delivery held for pickup?
Absolutely. JAES arranges dedicated express shipping and ensures continuous tracking. If your equipment is down, simply indicate the urgency in the form’s notes field.
